《現(xiàn)代中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師素養(yǎng)》這是一本集中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師綜合教學(xué)技能指導(dǎo)的教材,課堂用語(yǔ)篇針對(duì)英語(yǔ)教師語(yǔ)言基本功要求,編寫(xiě)了英語(yǔ)課堂常用語(yǔ),如:課前準(zhǔn)備,課中提問(wèn),教師指令、演示、評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ)言等,指導(dǎo)教師準(zhǔn)確并流利地運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)組織教學(xué)。在附錄部分還為教師提供了幾百條與教學(xué)有關(guān)的校園用語(yǔ)。

說(shuō)課是20世紀(jì)80年代后期隨著教改深入而產(chǎn)生的帶有教育科研性質(zhì)的教研活動(dòng),其理論和實(shí)踐越來(lái)越受到重視。說(shuō)課是教師依據(jù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教育教學(xué)理念、口頭表述自己對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)程序等進(jìn)行的創(chuàng)造性設(shè)計(jì)的一種教研形式。通俗地說(shuō),就是闡述“教什么內(nèi)容,為什么教這些內(nèi)容,怎么教和為什么這么教”。由于說(shuō)課能夠展現(xiàn)教師在備課中的思維過(guò)程,凸顯教師對(duì)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教材、學(xué)生的理解和把握的水平以及運(yùn)用有關(guān)教育理論和教學(xué)原則組織教學(xué)的能力,并且時(shí)間短、易操作、見(jiàn)效快,因此深受教育行政、科研部門(mén)和基層學(xué)校的青睞,常被應(yīng)用于教師招聘、基本功競(jìng)賽和教學(xué)研究等活動(dòng)中。
思考一:說(shuō)課,是背長(zhǎng)篇累牘的教育理論,還是談獨(dú)具匠心的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)?
說(shuō)道理、講方法是說(shuō)課的一個(gè)顯著特征,但絕不是說(shuō)課的主體。成功的說(shuō)課應(yīng)把教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和教學(xué)理論有機(jī)結(jié)合在一起,而且要略側(cè)重于說(shuō)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)。教材特點(diǎn)和學(xué)生實(shí)際是說(shuō)課的兩個(gè)重心。教師一定要緊緊圍繞這兩個(gè)重心說(shuō)自己精心設(shè)計(jì)的教學(xué)活動(dòng)或任務(wù),以此來(lái)展示自己對(duì)教育教學(xué)理論理解的深度,展示自己對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)情把握的準(zhǔn)確度,展示自己在教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)上的獨(dú)到之處!罢f(shuō)”是形式,“課”及“課理”是內(nèi)容,只有做到形式與內(nèi)容的辯證統(tǒng)一,才能達(dá)到預(yù)期的說(shuō)課目的。換句話說(shuō),說(shuō)課不是長(zhǎng)篇大論地講教學(xué)理論,而是要談自己如何運(yùn)用教學(xué)理論解決教學(xué)中的.實(shí)際問(wèn)題。
思考二:說(shuō)課,是紙上談兵,還是上課前的預(yù)演?
說(shuō)課本身的不足之處在于其過(guò)程沒(méi)有學(xué)生參與。為了避免教師在說(shuō)課過(guò)程中不切實(shí)際的隨意發(fā)揮,說(shuō)課活動(dòng)組織者一定要事先告知說(shuō)課教師學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)水平;說(shuō)課教師要緊緊圍繞學(xué)生和教材這兩個(gè)重心設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)。教學(xué)目標(biāo)的確定、內(nèi)容的分析、問(wèn)題的設(shè)置、練習(xí)的安排以及教學(xué)方法的運(yùn)用,都必須參照學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況而進(jìn)行;否則,再好的說(shuō)課也只是空中樓閣。
說(shuō)課教師要在同行或評(píng)委面前說(shuō)出自己對(duì)教材和課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的認(rèn)識(shí),如何處理知識(shí)點(diǎn),打算采取什么樣的方法授課,學(xué)生可能會(huì)在什么地方碰到問(wèn)題,當(dāng)問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)時(shí)采取什么樣的方法去解決,以及針對(duì)不同的問(wèn)題和學(xué)生將會(huì)選擇什么樣的教學(xué)方法等。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,同行或評(píng)委對(duì)說(shuō)課教師的說(shuō)課情況加以分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問(wèn)題,探討用什么方法來(lái)幫助說(shuō)課教師改進(jìn)和提高?梢(jiàn),說(shuō)課的過(guò)程就是發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的過(guò)程,是說(shuō)課者和評(píng)課者共同提高的過(guò)程。說(shuō)課教師要在上課之前多發(fā)現(xiàn)一些問(wèn)題,并設(shè)計(jì)適合的解決方案,以提高課堂教學(xué)效率。
思考三:說(shuō)課,該采用哪種語(yǔ)言和敘述方式?
用英語(yǔ)還是漢語(yǔ)說(shuō)課,說(shuō)課活動(dòng)的組織者要考慮實(shí)際情況,因時(shí)、因地、因人而定。
教師說(shuō)課應(yīng)盡量脫稿,必要時(shí)可瀏覽說(shuō)課提綱;注意恰當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)用肢體語(yǔ)言、手勢(shì)和眼神表述自己的設(shè)計(jì)和意圖,聲情并茂地說(shuō)課,并與評(píng)委進(jìn)行眼神交流,把評(píng)委的注意力吸引到自己預(yù)設(shè)的情景中,使他們受到感染,產(chǎn)生共鳴。
說(shuō)課教師面對(duì)的是同行或者教學(xué)研究者,因而宜采用陳述性語(yǔ)言,有條理地說(shuō)明自己的設(shè)計(jì)意圖及具體的操作策略。說(shuō)課教師偶爾還要模擬課堂中將會(huì)出現(xiàn)的教學(xué)場(chǎng)景,此時(shí)可以暫時(shí)把自己的身份切換成教師,通過(guò)繪聲繪色的課堂語(yǔ)言把預(yù)設(shè)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容或情境展示給評(píng)委。
思考四:在英語(yǔ)說(shuō)課中,還有哪些細(xì)節(jié)值得注意?
1.不知道如何說(shuō)教材。說(shuō)教材就是說(shuō)明如何依據(jù)某一課在全冊(cè)或整個(gè)單元中的地位確定教學(xué)目標(biāo)和教學(xué)的重難點(diǎn),主要是介紹該課在教材中的地位和作用以及本課與前后課的聯(lián)系,還要進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的教材分析;依據(jù)教材內(nèi)容和學(xué)生實(shí)際,說(shuō)明自己對(duì)教材如何處理以及處理的理論依據(jù)。值得注意的是,說(shuō)教材要做到點(diǎn)到為止,不要過(guò)多展開(kāi)。
2.教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)缺乏創(chuàng)新。說(shuō)課是上課的預(yù)演,強(qiáng)調(diào)從學(xué)生和教材實(shí)際出發(fā)來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)任務(wù),但這并不意味著說(shuō)課教師在設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)時(shí)固步自封,不求創(chuàng)新。
3.主線不突出,語(yǔ)言描述混亂。說(shuō)課教師要善于用“Step 1,Step 2,Step 3,…”,“Pre-reading,While-reading,Post-reading”等來(lái)加以區(qū)分。
4.忽視板書(shū)的輔助作用。或許由于受說(shuō)課時(shí)間的限制,有些教師在說(shuō)課時(shí)沒(méi)有板書(shū)。其實(shí),適當(dāng)?shù)陌鍟?shū)可以對(duì)說(shuō)課起到畫(huà)龍點(diǎn)睛的作用。在說(shuō)課前,教師可以用粉筆把黑板一分為二,一半用作書(shū)寫(xiě)說(shuō)課的主要步驟和關(guān)鍵詞,另外一半用來(lái)呈現(xiàn)虛擬課堂教學(xué)的板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì),幫助評(píng)委或同行在聽(tīng)時(shí)在大腦中重構(gòu)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),說(shuō)明難以言盡的步驟和設(shè)計(jì),或凸顯自己設(shè)計(jì)的獨(dú)特之處。

Several years ago, when I was a little girl I have already read the novel Jane Eyre. At that time, I was attracted by the touching story. But today, after watching the movie, I was moved by Jane, the adamant, independent, brave and honest girl. Why did we say Jane was an adamant and independent girl? Let’s look at her childhood. Her parents died when she was a little girl, so she was brought up by her aunt Mrs. Reed, an acute and ruthless woman. Jane led a very bad life in her house. They treated her as badly as a ragtag. But Jane didn’t surrender. Later, she was sent to Lowood school,an orphan school. In there she didn’t get what she had been expecting——simply being regarded as a common person, just the same as any other girl around. Mr. Brocklehurste even asked Jane to stand on the chair and vilipended her in front of all the students. But Jane didn’t yielded. And her only friend Helen died, Jane was very sad, but she was not depressive all the time. Instead, she studied and worked energetically. At last, she became a teacher of logwood, and later became the family teacher of Adele. From her experience, we could found that Jane was independent; she changed her fate by herself. She suffered more than other girls at her age. She was independent both in physically and mentally.
Jane was brave. She dared to say no to Mr. Brocklehurst, cut her beautiful hair with Helen, and pull the horse for Mr. Rochester. What’s more, she dared to accepted Mr. Rochester’s love and pursuit of her own happy life. Though she said:“ Do you think because I am poor, obscure, and little. I am soulless and heartless? You think wrong!—I have as much soul as you—-and full as much heart! And if God had gifted me with some beauty and much wealth, I should have made it was hard for you to leave me, as it is not for me to leave you. I am not talking to you now through the medium of custom, conventionalities, nor even of mortal flesh; it is my spirit that addresses your spirit; just as it both had passed through the grave, and we stood at God’s feet,。 In her opinion, everyone is the same at the God’s feet. God hadn’t given her beauty and wealth, but instead, God gave her a kind mind and a thinking brain. These words expressed complete1y Jane ’s rebellious spirit.She told him her own feeling, and emphasized that they were equal.
As we know, there was strict distinguish in social stratum at that time. Mr. Rochester was in the high society, but Jane was only a family teacher. They were in quite different social stratums. What’s worse, in that society,people’s sense of love was on the basis of money.For the sake of money they could marry anyone even though the husband or the wife was an idiot on their eyes,money was everything,money was marriage. But unfortunately Jane was very poor. That’s to say, Jane should receive much rumor from society. In fact, she didn’t afraid of it. On the contrary, she accepted with no hesitation. When she knew Rochester’s wife was dead and he was blind, she went to look after Rochester determinedly. She didn’t care about anything else. And I still remember at the party, all the people from the high society laughed at Jane, they looked down upon Jane. She kept silent though her heart was very exciting. And to their surprise, Miss Ingrain was proved to be a loser, Jane defeated her though Jane had no property and beauty.Jane’ s plainness,poverty, position and disposition were contrasted to Ingrain obviously.Jane drove away those aristocrats from competitive stage.High position and great wealth showed by noble class was put aside.Jane got glorious victory.
Jane was self-respected and self-love. When she knew Rochester had a mad wife and she was still alive. Jane left. She couldn’t bare an incomplete love. She left her lover Rochester with contradiction and pain. Though she still loved him very much. She chose another road, which was endless. She was kind and strict to the moral concept. She couldn’t accept herself do something against the morality. She was self-respect.
To sum up, Jane was a charming girl 。What she attracted us was not the beautiful face, lovely figure, and sweet voice 。But her brave heart, intelligent brain and adamant character. So we didn’t surprise that Mr. Rochester chose Jane as his bride instead of Miss Ingrain. Because Jane was much mature and richer in soul. As a girl, I should learn from Jane. Especially in the materialistic society we should be in charge of our own fate. Don’t depend on others all the time. We should be independent 。Don’t lead a luxurious life and in hope of marring a rich man, thinking that your husband would change your fate, your social position. That’s silly. We should realize that only depend on your own struggle then you could really charge your fate. What’s more, we need to be self-respect and self-love. As far as I am concerned, as a girl if you don’t respect and love yourself, so how do you require others to respect you? In short, we need to learn from Jane Eyre.

英語(yǔ)讀書(shū)筆記5
1. 符號(hào)筆記
就是用不同形狀或不同顏色的線條、圖形在書(shū)刊上作出標(biāo)記。有時(shí)還可以配合符號(hào)寫(xiě)上簡(jiǎn)要的幾個(gè)字使符號(hào)的意義更具體明確。
這種筆記一般在初次閱讀時(shí)使用目的是引起注意。因?yàn)樵陂喿x過(guò)程感到有些問(wèn)題須作進(jìn)一步思考或者要設(shè)法記住它便隨手標(biāo)示出來(lái)準(zhǔn)備回過(guò)頭來(lái)再仔細(xì)研究。
必須強(qiáng)調(diào)的是書(shū)刊要是屬于自己的才能在上面打上各種標(biāo)記。如果書(shū)刊是圖書(shū)館或朋友的藏書(shū)切忌使用這種形式。常見(jiàn)有人在借來(lái)的書(shū)上面亂寫(xiě)亂畫(huà)這種舉動(dòng)的用意可能借此炫耀學(xué)識(shí)但在別人看來(lái)這些圈圈點(diǎn)點(diǎn)刻畫(huà)出一個(gè)丑陋的靈魂令人惡心。一個(gè)自尊自重的人是不該去做這種蠢事的。
符號(hào)筆記的各種符號(hào)各代表什么意思由自己掌握。但要注意:各符號(hào)使用前要加以設(shè)計(jì)線條和圖形的含義要固定閱讀自始至終都要前后一致不能一天一變否則反而把自己弄糊涂了。使用的符號(hào)不可過(guò)多這樣才能保證一打開(kāi)圈點(diǎn)過(guò)的書(shū)就能看明白。還要注意圈點(diǎn)和勾劃的地方也不宜過(guò)多通篇都加了五花八門(mén)的記號(hào)反而起不到突出重點(diǎn)的'作用。
2. 批注筆記
批注筆記就是在書(shū)眉上寫(xiě)上校文、訂誤、提示、心得、評(píng)語(yǔ)等眉批或在原文后面加尾批在行與行之間加行批在正文兩邊加旁批在佳妙處加旁點(diǎn)在最精警處加旁圈。這類筆記的好處是隨讀隨寫(xiě)不受約束往往迸發(fā)出思想的火花。寫(xiě)得好的批注筆記小而精見(jiàn)解獨(dú)到一語(yǔ)破的能啟發(fā)頓悟即所謂“思理入妙要言不繁!边@樣的批注是哲學(xué)思辯性與文學(xué)精煉性的統(tǒng)一不但于筆記者本人有回味的價(jià)值其他讀者亦以一睹為快。
批注時(shí)應(yīng)該做到既言之有物又簡(jiǎn)明扼要。批語(yǔ)要有分析不管是褒是貶都應(yīng)該說(shuō)出點(diǎn)根據(jù)來(lái)。但批語(yǔ)也不應(yīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)啰哩啰唆地說(shuō)不到點(diǎn)子上也不好。
和符號(hào)筆記一樣這種形式也是當(dāng)書(shū)刊是屬于自己時(shí)才適用。
3. 摘抄式筆記
就是把原文重要的語(yǔ)句、數(shù)據(jù)、公式、定理、精彩段落、精辟的論述、佳句、警句或重要的史實(shí)、資料等摘錄下來(lái)甚至全抄原文以便日后查檢。關(guān)于詞句、個(gè)別論點(diǎn)、個(gè)別事物的摘錄則宜用卡片或活頁(yè)紙的形式以便于分類保存查檢;長(zhǎng)篇文章的詳細(xì)抄寫(xiě)宜用筆記本的形式可多備幾個(gè)筆記本按需要分門(mén)類分別抄寫(xiě)。更為省事的就是將這些文字(或圖畫(huà))剪下來(lái)帖在筆記本或不用的雜志上。如果書(shū)刊不是自己的則可以先復(fù)印后剪貼。采用摘抄式筆記須注意:
。1) 摘抄那些精彩、有價(jià)值、有必要的內(nèi)容。
(2) 錄后要經(jīng)過(guò)核對(duì)注意與原文相符甚至標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)也要與原文一樣否則就有可能把作者的原意弄錯(cuò)。
(3) 摘抄前后或中間有所省略要用省略號(hào)表示。如果遇上原文已有的省略號(hào)要加括號(hào)注明“(省略號(hào)為原文已有)”以便于區(qū)別。
。4) 一定要在抄錄(或剪貼)后注明資料的來(lái)源如書(shū)名或刊名、編著者、出版社、出版年月等需要時(shí)可查考原文。
(5) 使用卡片摘抄資料時(shí)一張卡片只能記一條材料否則不便于分類也不便于檢索。
。6) 如果能在抄錄后隨時(shí)寫(xiě)一點(diǎn)體會(huì)、感想可以加深自己對(duì)原文的理解。

Which is a very significant part among his Novels of Character and Environment, but which is also much controversial. The female leading role is a pure, good and beautiful country girl whose name is Tess. Being in a poor family, she has to comply with her mother's persuasion that goes to work in the landlord’ manor. It is here that she is raped by the landlord Alec. Then with pregnancy, she comes back home Unfortunately, not so long after she gives birth to a child, her baby dies of disease. In order to get rid of this terrible shadow, she goes to a milk factory miles away from her home as a milking worker and hopefully lives a complete new life. There, after Tess meets the pastor's son Angel Clare, they weave a romantic and beautiful story.
I think Tess must be a kind-hearted girl.
She endured so much pain, but she never complained about others. When she was young, she missed her best love. Then fate began to play jokes with her. A so-called gentleman cheated her and took away the most important thing of an un-married girl. No matter Tess was regretted or not, people around her, contained the church, all of them thought that she was a bad girl. She couldn’t get married. She couldn’t stay home to wait for her parents’ order to get married. She ran away and met her best love. Since she thought that she wasn’t innocence, she stood her deep love of Angel, and put the opportunities to other girls, those who can never compared to her.
At last, she got married to Angel, but the fact of her history made her husband angry and bad-tempered. She tried her best to make her husband happy, but he didn’t care what she had done, how sad she was. Until Angel found that he loved Tess very much, Tess had come back to the disgusted man. True love was a power. Tess killed the man, ran away with Angel, lived in others’ house, and be caught by the police. Although Tess would be in prison and be killed, she wouldn’t regret at last. After all, Angel really loved her at last.
Everybody will day dream sometimes. But we won’t care it any time. Tess’s father was a dreamer. We must think about ourselves. When somebody tells us a thing which is far away from our daily life, we must think about it carefully and investigate the fact. We are not fools. If what they say, what you believe, our world will become a mixture. We all know that we are just citizens of China, and students of Kashgar Teachers’ collage. Life is life. How can we fall into a hole of imagination? This imagination led Tess to death. That was the result.
In the old times of China, people also had a conception of innocence of girls. But did they think about men? Yeah, at that time, men were the host of world. Women just needed to give birth to babies, teach them, and do housework to their husband. That was a duty. Even though at present, we don’t have a judge on men either. We also meet problems on finding jobs. Because those companies think that our women are terrible. We can’t do many things but men can, we will give birth to babies but men don’t, every month we have several days of mental problems but men don’t. That’s unfair. We do so much, so it is right to give more opportunities to us.
At the ball, Tess missed her love. Nowadays, we need to be brave. And when the opportunity is coming, we must catch it in time. If we lose, we can hardly meet it again. The chance is given to the people who get the ready to. So we should prepare and chance will find us. And we need to learn refusing. If Tess refused to made friends with Alec, maybe she could avoid this disaster. In present times, many children know the relationship between women and men earlier. And also many of them don’t know. Actually, our society need to teach them in order to know what will happen or what they should do to protect themselves. Although most parents think that this is a bad thing beyond virtue, but it tends to the young to learn that.
We need forgiveness. We can see that Tess lived in a religion place, but those people didn’t get the thought of kind-hearted and forgiveness. As we are students who have the relief on Marxism, we have learned to be kind-hearted, but how about them? So we should be an atheism. We learn science, not ghosts.
After Tess went to the farm, she met her love again. She was afraid, was under pressure, and was shy on her first feeling of love. Why should we have a crime feeling after making a mistake? Just correct our mistakes, we are good persons too. Of course, we can not make mistakes if we know they are wrong.
We can not avoid problems either. Tess daren’t to tell Angel the truth. When Angel knew that, he couldn’t accept at once. In our daily life, we can meet many difficulties. And we may make mistakes. At that time, we must think highly of it and face it but not to avoid. Fact will come out unless you don’t do it. Most of us can not accept our relatives’ or friends’ betray. So face it earlier, maybe we can get forgiveness earlier.
Another important thing was that Tess’s family had many children. The poor environment made her have to approach to Alec. Should the poor do like this? There are many poor men in our country, but they find jobs for themselves, although the job is very hard to do. They make their own money and endure pains.
I just think of my family. I am the only child of my parents. They love me very much. And most of my life, they had a correct way to teach me. And I have grandparents. When I was young, four of them taught me to do housework. They said that I would be a good girl if I listened to them. And I always listened to them, contained other things, which might be wrong now. This winter vocation I went home. I found that they had many wrong conceptions. So I think that if I was as clever as now when I was young, maybe our family would be a good family. But when I think about the development of our society, my parents and grandparents did a good job already. So I regret a little that I love them not so much. And sometimes I quarreled with them. I should talk to them, right? That is to be a good daughter and granddaughter. Their thought may not catch up with the society. So it’s necessary to us to tell them the right or advanced thing.
Women’s reputation is higher and higher. It is quite different now. Men become good husbands who always listen to their wives. Maybe we must make this situation fairer. Two persons must respect each other, and then life will be better. My parents quarreled in winter vocation. It was a small thing. I don’t know why they quarreled. It seems that if you think more highly of another, you will have more words to say.
Tess is an excellent and outstanding woman. I am in sympathy with her and even admire her qualities and characters. She is a beautiful and noble resistance, but Tess is in the early development of the capitalist era, interwoven with various social contradictions, so simply relying on her own power can not get rid of the tragic fate. I love and take pity on Tess. Although Tess is dead, but her image has been retained in every reader's heart forever.
Girls should be hard working, faithful, loyal, intelligent, and virtuous and the most important thing was she must be a maiden! If her husband was the first man who touched her then she was a good girl, a good wife no matter how she thought. If she wasn’t, then she would gain a very bad reputation and nobody would dare to go near her. What about men? People did not care whether he was an experienced man or not, nor did they care about his character. They thought man equals power and power equals rights.
Now let’s not be so bitter. Nowadays women’s situations have become much better. Some are because of the change of society and some are because of civilization. Just let those poor painful women like TESS be just a memory.

1學(xué)外語(yǔ)無(wú)捷徑。
盡管不能否認(rèn),好的教材,輔助設(shè)備,老師,環(huán)境,以及個(gè)人的恒心乃至天分,都對(duì)學(xué)好外語(yǔ)有一定作用。然而絕不存在一種超越一切普通方法的神招妙術(shù)。國(guó)內(nèi)近二十年來(lái)流行過(guò)無(wú)數(shù)的國(guó)外英語(yǔ)教材和五花八門(mén)的學(xué)習(xí)方法,然而無(wú)不是曇花一現(xiàn)。常識(shí)和專家早就告訴我們:學(xué)外語(yǔ)和學(xué)其他一種技能一樣,只能靠日積月累,無(wú)論什么方法都一樣。
2"成功"與否取決于具體目地。
十個(gè)學(xué)外語(yǔ)的人大概就有十種不同的目地。例如考級(jí),職稱,學(xué)分,工作需要,留學(xué),進(jìn)入外企,上網(wǎng)瀏覽,乃至于看懂產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)等等。目的不同,所要投入的'時(shí)間和精力也大不相同。例如對(duì)于一個(gè)受過(guò)中等以上教育,除了"ABC"之外基本沒(méi)有英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)的人,看懂簡(jiǎn)短的英語(yǔ)的產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)也只需半小時(shí)。要通過(guò)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)則需三至五年時(shí)間(依上述條件的不同而異)。若要達(dá)到和自己的母語(yǔ)一樣的水平,唯一的辦法就是終生學(xué)習(xí),天天使用。
3學(xué)習(xí)的方法和側(cè)重點(diǎn)也取決于學(xué)習(xí)的目標(biāo)。
我感到國(guó)內(nèi)目前流行的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)方式太強(qiáng)調(diào)聽(tīng),說(shuō),讀,寫(xiě)面面俱到的訓(xùn)練。其實(shí)絕大多數(shù)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者是沒(méi)有或很少有機(jī)會(huì)"說(shuō)"和"寫(xiě)"的。因此這種訓(xùn)練往往是事倍功半。因?yàn)閷W(xué)得再好不用很快就忘記了。對(duì)于絕大多數(shù)人來(lái)說(shuō),"讀"是唯一有實(shí)際效用,也是唯一能夠盡快掌握的技能。
4只要有明確的目標(biāo)和興趣,假以時(shí)日,任何人都可以學(xué)好一門(mén)甚至多門(mén)外語(yǔ)。
總而言之,從我個(gè)人的經(jīng)歷看,學(xué)好英語(yǔ)主要是興趣和目標(biāo)。這和做任何事沒(méi)什么兩樣。很多人一開(kāi)始興趣濃厚,可漸漸就興味索然了。這主要是缺乏明確的目標(biāo)和動(dòng)力。我開(kāi)始學(xué)英語(yǔ)的目標(biāo)是讀懂簡(jiǎn)寫(xiě)本的英文小說(shuō),后來(lái)變成讀懂英文原著。后來(lái)又希望能聽(tīng)懂英語(yǔ)廣播,再后來(lái)又想能和外國(guó)人自由交談。這期間當(dāng)然還有許多小的階段性目標(biāo)。在每一個(gè)目標(biāo)達(dá)到之后,你都會(huì)有一種成功的樂(lè)趣。如果漫無(wú)目的,或者好高鶩遠(yuǎn),就會(huì)很快感到?jīng)]趣或挫折。這是大多數(shù)人不能堅(jiān)持下去的根本原因。至于什么教材,什么方法,都是些很次要的因素。其實(shí)這主要是因?yàn)槠溟g斷斷續(xù)續(xù),未能很好地堅(jiān)持下去所至。因此,只有抱著濃厚的興趣和目確的目標(biāo),任何語(yǔ)言都是可以學(xué)好的。

商務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)實(shí)訓(xùn)已經(jīng)結(jié)束了,通過(guò)為期兩周的學(xué)習(xí),我受益匪淺,口語(yǔ)能力得到了一定的提高,同時(shí)還學(xué)到了許多英語(yǔ)知識(shí)。 本實(shí)訓(xùn)旨在使學(xué)生更加重視英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練并掌握口語(yǔ)表達(dá)的有效技巧,使學(xué)生進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力以適應(yīng)職業(yè)的需要,從而培養(yǎng)較強(qiáng)的商務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)實(shí)際交際能力。通過(guò)本實(shí)訓(xùn),介紹幾種有效提高聽(tīng)力和口語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)方法,力圖克服學(xué)生開(kāi)口難的畏懼心理,最終為學(xué)生提高商務(wù)英語(yǔ)的應(yīng)用能力、增強(qiáng)商務(wù)環(huán)境下的英語(yǔ)口頭溝通能力提供具有建設(shè)性的語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)啟示,從而建立起具有持續(xù)性的語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)能力。
本次商務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)實(shí)訓(xùn)主要學(xué)習(xí)了國(guó)際音標(biāo)和情景劇練習(xí)。通過(guò)這兩大部分的訓(xùn)練,培養(yǎng)了我們用英語(yǔ)朗讀各種題材書(shū)面材料的能力,培養(yǎng)我們?cè)跊](méi)有文字憑借的情況下用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)的能力,清楚而邏輯的論證自己的觀點(diǎn)的能力,培養(yǎng)在特定的商務(wù)情境下不借助文字輔助資料進(jìn)行連貫而得體的交談的能力。 實(shí)訓(xùn)要求我們認(rèn)真參與、刻苦訓(xùn)練,在準(zhǔn)備階段能運(yùn)用各種工具解決所遇到的問(wèn)題,必要時(shí)能進(jìn)行成功地團(tuán)結(jié)合作,在檢查中能自如發(fā)揮,獨(dú)立完成所要求的任務(wù)。
學(xué)習(xí)的第一大部分是國(guó)際音標(biāo)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語(yǔ)中共有48個(gè)音標(biāo),其中20個(gè)為元音音標(biāo),28個(gè)輔音音標(biāo)。發(fā)音時(shí)聲帶振動(dòng)且氣流在通路上不受發(fā)音器官阻擋的是元音。發(fā)音時(shí)氣流在通路上受到發(fā)音器官阻擋的是輔音。老師首先講解了基礎(chǔ)音標(biāo)的讀法,通過(guò)重新學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)音音標(biāo),讓我對(duì)音標(biāo)有了新的認(rèn)識(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)了我以前在讀音標(biāo)時(shí)存在許多錯(cuò)誤。對(duì)于口語(yǔ)中常出現(xiàn)的慣例性的特定讀法,老師也給與我們及時(shí)的改正。讓我們的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)更流暢,更標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 在學(xué)習(xí)了基本音標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,有根據(jù)這些音標(biāo)列舉出常見(jiàn)的單詞、短語(yǔ)、例句,讓我們能更好的消化這一讀音,讓我們的發(fā)音更標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 通過(guò)音標(biāo)的學(xué)習(xí)讓我認(rèn)識(shí)到準(zhǔn)確的學(xué)習(xí)音標(biāo)為我的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)發(fā)音打下了良好的基礎(chǔ),成為我學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。通過(guò)英語(yǔ)音標(biāo)記單詞是快速記背單詞的最有效的一種方法。如果熟練掌握了英語(yǔ)音標(biāo)發(fā)音的規(guī)律,就能很好的背下單詞。通過(guò)基礎(chǔ)語(yǔ)音訓(xùn)練讓我確信它確實(shí)帶給我很大的改變,可以培養(yǎng)我的語(yǔ)感。而英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的最高境界就是語(yǔ)感的形成。這不僅讓我們的口語(yǔ)變得更流暢、標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也會(huì)在我們的英語(yǔ)筆試考試中起到極其重要的作用。

在面試時(shí)應(yīng)做的準(zhǔn)備工作,包括:面試前、面試中、面試后。 通過(guò)面試的口語(yǔ)對(duì)話練習(xí),讓我了解到面試時(shí)的常用語(yǔ)。通過(guò)把學(xué)到的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)運(yùn)用到實(shí)際中,鍛煉了我們的口語(yǔ)能力。同時(shí)面試也是我們步入社會(huì)的第一步,對(duì)我們的將來(lái)起著極其重要的作用。第二章《reception and visit》學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容主要是如何向外賓致歡迎詞,如何與外商進(jìn)行對(duì)話,以及與外商討論公司合作的有關(guān)事宜。 通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)這一部分的知識(shí),使客人更好地了解我們的公司,相信我們的公司,才能更好的進(jìn)行交流合作。第三章《meeting and organization》學(xué)習(xí)的主要內(nèi)容是組織會(huì)議的流程,包括會(huì)議的開(kāi)始,回顧過(guò)去,陳述會(huì)議目標(biāo),重申會(huì)議重點(diǎn),提醒大家注意時(shí)間,評(píng)論與反饋,結(jié)束會(huì)議等等。第四章《negotiation》主要講的是談判的一些技巧,比如如何開(kāi)始談判,如何理解和贊同對(duì)方或反對(duì)和不贊同對(duì)方,如何進(jìn)行討價(jià)還價(jià),如何結(jié)束談判等等。第五章《marketing and sales》市場(chǎng)銷售是對(duì)外貿(mào)易也是商務(wù)活動(dòng)中重要組成部分,其中包括市場(chǎng)調(diào)查、產(chǎn)品介紹、銷售產(chǎn)品、售后服務(wù)等方面。只有進(jìn)行良好的市場(chǎng)調(diào)查才能更好的銷售商品。
確的介紹產(chǎn)品,并安排正確的銷售手段、提供最好的'售后服務(wù)。只有做好這些,才能銷售好商品。第六章《advertising and public relations》主要講了公司怎樣去做一些廣告宣傳,比如如何確定廣告的目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略,如何制定廣告的預(yù)算,如何設(shè)計(jì)廣告的信息及如何處理公關(guān)關(guān)系等等。第七章《business telephone》主要講的是當(dāng)你不能親自前往時(shí),電話可以幫助你實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)定賓館房間、進(jìn)行商務(wù)預(yù)約、尋求商品信息、上午留言等方面的要求。,這樣既可以節(jié)約時(shí)間,又可以不影響到商務(wù)活動(dòng)。同時(shí)也學(xué)習(xí)了如何根據(jù)傳真的信息進(jìn)行電話通話,如何在與外國(guó)客戶的交談中獲取更多的信息。第八章《business dinner》這一課主要學(xué)習(xí)的是餐桌上如何點(diǎn)餐以及正確的餐桌禮儀。 良好的餐桌禮儀能夠給我們的顧客留下良好的印象,獲得更多的青睞。給我們帶來(lái)無(wú)限的商機(jī)。第九章《business presentation》在進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品介紹前要通過(guò)三步選好自己的主題。一是確定為什么要選擇這件商品,既要容易表達(dá)也要有足夠的特點(diǎn)。二是要明確聽(tīng)眾是什么類型。如果是同行,就要提供更多的信息。如果只是顧客,就要提出吸引他們的地方。三是明確聽(tīng)眾知道些什么關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的知識(shí),想知道些什么。通過(guò)這些過(guò)程,一定可以做出吸引人眼球的產(chǎn)品介紹會(huì)。

Yesterday I read a book the name of the book is《Dr Bethune》。
Dr bethune was a famous doctor from canada.In 1938 he came to china.At that time china was at war with japan.He worked as a doctor in the chinese army and saved many soldiers’ lives.He worked very hard and became sick.Dr bethune died in 1939.He was only 49 years old. he was a good man and we remember him today.
I think the book is very very good!
These days I am busy preparing my dissertation which is about web usage mining.I read some English papers and learnt much from them.And now I want to say something about a paper titled “web usage mining:discovery and applications of usage patterns from web data”。
This is the first english paper I read about dissertation and gave me great help.
This paper is a review about web usage mining.It introduced web usage mining in detail.Although it is a little old for it was published in xx its contents are very useful today.It is organized according to the sequence of web usage mining and the six main parts are introduction which tells me what is web usage mining the sources and abstraction of web data the three steps of web usage mining taxonomy and project survey websift overview privacy issues.The third and fourth parts are most important.It had a list of existing project about web usage mining which I saw many times in other papers but this paper is the one creating this list.Besides it has been referred for more then twenty times.As we all know that the higher the referred number is the more important the paper is so i consider this paper to be an important and successful one in this region.
In my opinion the success of this paper dues to three reasons.The first reason is the profound computer knowledge owned by the authors.Web usage mining relates to many subjects such as artificial intelligence ontology semantic analysis but the most basic knowledge is computer science.The four authors are all professors of department of computer science and engineering in university of minnesota 。 for myself i am not major in computer science and i am not very good at computers so i feel a little difficult to understand technologies used in this region.
Second they had read a large number of papers before they wrote this paper.There are fifty nine references listed after main contents.“stand on the shoulders of giants” this sentence tell us a truth: one can never successful all by oneself.And what’s more learn from others can save a lot of time and energy especially for us new learner.How to learn from others is a skill all of us should master but learning doesn’t mean copy or people’s knowledge and production is just our foundation upon this foundation we must have our own thoughts and creation. there are many remarks in this paper where referred other’s production.
Third the authors had the experience of developing a web usage mining project.They don’t just engage in idle theorizing so their comprehension on this issue is greatly profound. they know what we may meet in a real project development and they know how to resolve them.After reading this paper i also read some other papers written in chinese 。 some of them are not based on real project and can not give useful resolution. websift is the name of system they developed which can be used to data mining and analysis 。
I wrote this article not only because it gave me much help in preparing my dissertation but also because it tells me how to study and how to do research 。 honesty and preciseness are two essential making a researcher must have.Hard-working is the necessary condition leading to success.This is just the beginning of my dissertation I should learn from these four authors both their knowledge and their attitude to study.
