一、教材分析:本模塊的Unit 2 是《英語》(新標(biāo)準(zhǔn))系列教材中MODULE 8的第二個單元,根據(jù)新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求, 第二單元是以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的讀寫能力為主,包括詞匯,語法的學(xué)習(xí)活動。通過unit 1中談?wù)摗癟ony的生日過程”的聽說活動,過渡到本單元“如何為他人選擇禮物”的讀寫活動,通過逐步遞進(jìn),由易到難的教學(xué)以及活動,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)語言能力,閱讀能力和語言聽說能力的訓(xùn)練 , 最終實(shí)現(xiàn)聽說讀寫的綜合學(xué)習(xí), 實(shí)現(xiàn)本模塊的任務(wù)教學(xué)。

Step 1:Lead-in
Enjoy a song “happy birthday to you”.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:欣賞并唱生日歌導(dǎo)入話題,創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的語言活動氛圍。引起學(xué)生興趣。
Step 2: Warming-up
1. Ask the students if tomorrow is your birthday, what presents do you like ?And why? Talk something about it.
2. Introduce the new words.
4. Read through the list of presents and have the students repeat them
5.Pair work, call back the answers from the whole class.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:呈現(xiàn)本課新詞匯,通過圖片的展示創(chuàng)設(shè)了活躍的的語言情境,使學(xué)生在樂趣中,將詞匯的音、形、意有機(jī)結(jié)合,并通過對話練習(xí)進(jìn)一步加深對新詞匯的理解,為閱讀做好詞匯鋪墊。
