【語法知識聚焦】
一般過去時:表示過去曾經(jīng)發(fā)生的動作或出現(xiàn)的狀態(tài),以動詞的過去式表達(dá),如:
I was at the library yesterday afternoon.
Tom studied hard and did well in the final exam last year.
動詞的過去式分為規(guī)則動詞和不規(guī)則動詞兩種。
1. 規(guī)則動詞只要在動詞詞尾加上ed即可。具體方法是一般情況直接加,
如:clean-cleaned;
2. 詞尾是不發(fā)音字母e的,可只加上d,如:like-liked;
3. 詞尾為重讀閉音節(jié),結(jié)尾只有一個輔音字母的,應(yīng)雙寫該輔音字母,再加上ed,如:stop-stopped;
4. 詞尾為輔音字母加y的,應(yīng)將y改為i再加上ed,如:study studie
5. 不規(guī)則動詞有其自己的變化形式,只能分別記憶。
其否定句由助動詞did加上not構(gòu)成;疑問句應(yīng)在主語前加上助動詞did,并將原謂語動詞變?yōu)樵,如?/p>
We did not go to the cinema yesterday.
Did you have a good time during the summer holiday?
When did you get to school this morning?
一般過去時的時間狀語都是明顯表示過去的,如:yesterday、last night、last week、in 1998、three months ago等。
