因此，我們要倡議：

2、 禁止非法漁業(yè)活動，嚴(yán)格控制沿岸生活和工業(yè)污水排放，
保護(hù)海洋生活環(huán)境。
3、 建設(shè)海洋生物保護(hù)館，樹立海洋生態(tài)保護(hù)意識，加強(qiáng)鯨魚
保護(hù)知識的宣傳的教育工作和學(xué)習(xí)。
4、 禁止捕撈鯨。
地球是一個蔚藍(lán)的星球，海洋是人類賴以生存的生命家園，廣袤的海洋孕育了幾千年的人類文化。
