          一、晚會主題

          激揚青春·彰顯個性——暨2014年水塘中學元旦晚會

          二、活動對象:

          水塘中學全體師生

          三、活動時間、場地:

          xx年11月28日19:00、籃球場臨時搭建舞臺

          四、活動領導小組

          組 長:繆新勇

          組 員:王國飛、湯酥泓、柳國榮、楊顯芝、鄭義春、白建鋒、馬艷華、胡云葵、李興榮、李俊、羅榮興、李忠海、刀彥飛、羅開鍵、代榮兵,各班班主任及跟班教師。

          五、節(jié)目來源分配:

          1、每個班準備參演節(jié)目至少一個,節(jié)目圍繞“激揚青春·中國夢”的主題,同時附音樂光盤。

          2、每個班報送的節(jié)目形式,可以是唱歌、舞蹈、相聲、小品等多種形式,節(jié)目內容必須健康,積極向上,富有時代感,能體現(xiàn)青年學生和民族地區(qū)的民族特色。

          3、11月25日前由柳國榮負責組織評委對學生節(jié)目進行篩選,選出19個高質量的節(jié)目參加元旦晚會展演。

          4、文藝晚會分別設置一、二、三等獎,其中一等獎1個,獎金200元;二等獎3個,獎金100元,三等獎4個,獎金50元,合計700元。

          六、晚會節(jié)目要求

          1、內容文明健康、積極向上,用藝術的形式弘揚民族優(yōu)秀文化和中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德,唱響時代主旋律,展現(xiàn)校園新風尚;貼近學生生活,反映我校師生良好的精神風貌。

          2、既有時代特色,又要適合學校特點。

          3、形式力求靈活多樣、新穎、豐富多彩,有獨創(chuàng)性。

          4、節(jié)目形式建議:

          歌舞類(大合唱、小合唱、重唱、獨唱、對唱、歌曲串燒、歌伴舞、集體舞、獨舞、民族舞、現(xiàn)代舞、街舞等、武術等);

          樂器類(鋼琴、古箏、吉他、小提琴等等)

          語言類(朗誦、小品、相聲、快板、校園劇、情景劇等);

          6、單個節(jié)目時長控制在6分鐘內。

          七、活動具體分工

          第一項目組:節(jié)目組

          組長:柳國榮

          任務:

          1、各班班主任負責落實本班節(jié)目的安排、督促排練、檢查協(xié)調工作。

          2、柳國榮負責完成節(jié)目收集、篩選及后期的彩排工

          作;負責節(jié)目的編排及晚會全流程的銜接,節(jié)目單的制作。

          第二項目組:舞臺及背景設計組

          組長:鄭義春

          組員:李忠海 代榮兵 刀彥飛

          任務:

          1、舞臺整體設計,包括背景設計、舞臺裝飾設計方案。

          2、準備舞臺及背景裝飾所需物品。

          第三項目組:燈光音響及電力保障組

          組長:李興榮

          組員:李 俊 羅榮興

          任務:負責接通并檢查晚會電路,協(xié)助晚會期間舞臺燈光設備、音箱設備的安裝調試。

          第四項目組:后勤保障組

          組長:刀彥飛

          組員:楊雪松、刀振榮、李華東及后勤人員

          任務:

          1、現(xiàn)場攝影、攝像。

          2、協(xié)助準備部分晚會所需的服裝、道具。

          3、晚會所需物品購買。

          4、晚會產生的各種費用的收集、報銷。

          第五項目組:安全及場地組

          任務:1、晚會場地劃分。

          2、晚會期間會場紀律維持。

          3、會場安全保衛(wèi)及緊急情況處理。

          第六項目組:節(jié)目主持組

          任務:1、主持人選拔、培訓。

          2、節(jié)目主持詞串聯(lián)及互動游戲設計。

          3、主持人形象設計。

          第七項目組:舞臺運行組

          組員:全體學生會成員

          任務:1、負責節(jié)目的出場的協(xié)調,保證節(jié)目的`連貫性。

          2、負責節(jié)目演員上下臺及道具的上下,維持上下場秩序。

          八、各階段任務及工作分配

          1、晚會策劃準備期(10月10日--11月10日):

          任務:

          A、節(jié)目收集:各班班主任落實本班參演節(jié)目,并于 11月10日前報柳國榮處。

          B、節(jié)目主持組選定主持人并進行相應訓練和準備

          2、晚會協(xié)調及進展期(11月10日--11月19日):

          任務:

          A、各年級抓緊時間排練,班主任適時檢查,校團支部協(xié)調組織節(jié)目組成員于晚會正式開始前擇日對參演節(jié)目進行彩排,確定最終參演節(jié)目并基本確定節(jié)目演出順序。

          B、舞臺及背景設計組拿出設計方案,制作好背景,并做相應的物品準備。

          C、燈光音響及宣傳組落實音響系統(tǒng)、用電供給檢查。

          D、節(jié)目主持組完成主持稿及互動游戲設計。

          3、晚會倒計時期(11月20日--11月27日)

          任務:

          A、學校召開元旦晚會籌備會,協(xié)調、落實相關工作。

          B、節(jié)目組于11月27日前組織參演節(jié)目進行最后一次彩排,最終確定節(jié)目演出順序并制作節(jié)目單。

          C、燈光音響及宣傳組完成音響系統(tǒng)、燈光的安裝調試。

          D、后勤保障組完成舞臺的搭建、布置工作。

          E、安全及場地組做好師生場地劃分及相應安全保障工作。

          F、學?倓仗幯埾嚓P嘉賓。

          九、幾點說明:

          1、舉行迎新年元旦匯演是教育教學和德育活動的一個重要組成部分,是豐富師生文化生活、宣傳黨的方針政策的重要途徑;同時,也是向各級領導、社會各界展示、宣傳我校的大好時機。各年級各班接通知后,一定要高度重視,精心組織、抓緊排練,真正把參演節(jié)目排練成精品,奉獻給全校師生,為共同打造一個和諧、文明、生機勃勃的校園做出自己的貢獻。

          2、希望各組精誠協(xié)作、相互配合,圓滿完成本次活動。
