　　一、考試前一天的注意事項(xiàng)

　　有些考生在考前的幾天時(shí)間里，會(huì)出現(xiàn)過度緊張、睡不好，那么，這個(gè)時(shí)候生物鐘應(yīng)該怎么進(jìn)行調(diào)整？

　　考試前2—3天應(yīng)該將自己的生物鐘調(diào)整到最佳狀態(tài)。每晚11點(diǎn)以前一定要上床。因?yàn)?1點(diǎn)，是人體開始進(jìn)行內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)修復(fù)的時(shí)候。一般6點(diǎn)起床較為合適。過早過晚都不適宜，使自己最好的狀態(tài)和太陽同步。習(xí)慣睡午覺的同學(xué)應(yīng)該提前幾天調(diào)整睡眠時(shí)間以保證睡眠充足。即使失眠，也不要過于緊張。以下幾個(gè)方法可以緩解你的`緊張。

　　1．至少提前20分鐘為休息做準(zhǔn)備，而不是匆忙洗完就上床。

　　2．一邊洗臉、刷牙，進(jìn)行睡前清洗時(shí)，一邊心里默念：我現(xiàn)在需要休息了。我將要躺在舒適溫暖/清涼的床上。

　　3．不要在睡前洗過熱的澡，水溫適合就可以。泡腳水溫度稍熱些，可以放松神經(jīng)。

　　4．不要聽過于激烈或傷懷的音樂。

　　5．睡不著，不要緊張。有人會(huì)聽廣播里的天氣預(yù)報(bào)，有人會(huì)選擇看本枯燥的理論書，有人會(huì)做遐想，總之要找到適合自己的放松方法。

　　有些考生擔(dān)心面試那天起不了床，或是因?yàn)槠鹜淼⒄`面試。

　　以下方法都可以使用：準(zhǔn)備2個(gè)鬧鐘；請(qǐng)家人叫早。以上方法可以同時(shí)使用。

　　面試時(shí)衣服不要前一天晚上才試穿，至少提前5天到一周；并要求自己穿半天，才能使衣服和自己適應(yīng)。

　　面試前，時(shí)間很緊，考場(chǎng)環(huán)境勘察是非常有必要的。按照規(guī)律，正常人在陌生環(huán)境，其表達(dá)能力和思維能力都會(huì)受到影響，與平時(shí)在自己熟悉的環(huán)境中是有差別的。考生應(yīng)事先勘察最方便的到達(dá)考場(chǎng)的路線、乘車方式，將第二天天氣突然變化導(dǎo)致交通擁堵考慮進(jìn)去，確保按時(shí)到達(dá)考場(chǎng)；事先將考場(chǎng)整個(gè)外部、內(nèi)部環(huán)境熟悉一遍，搞清楚具體方位和建筑物之間的關(guān)系，考場(chǎng)內(nèi)部環(huán)境，樓道、電梯、大門、衛(wèi)生間等位置，這些映像有助于考生消除緊張心理，將客場(chǎng)作戰(zhàn)變?yōu)橹鲌?chǎng)。
