英文推薦信格式范文

　　salutation

　　如果你的推薦信是要給某一個(gè)人的，你應(yīng)該加上稱呼，例如dear dr. smith, dear mr.

　　jones，等等。如果你的推薦信非常general，你在稱呼的地方寫(xiě)to whom it may concern 或者不寫(xiě)稱呼也可以。

　　paragraph 1

　　推薦信的第一段應(yīng)該說(shuō)明你和被推薦人的.關(guān)系，包括你是怎么認(rèn)識(shí)他/她的，還有你寫(xiě)這封推薦信的資格。

　　paragraph 2

　　英文推薦信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式：推薦信的第二段應(yīng)該包括被推薦人的個(gè)人信息，說(shuō)明他/她的資格、能力，還有你為什么要為他/她寫(xiě)推薦信。如果必要的話，可以分幾段來(lái)描述細(xì)節(jié)。

　　如果是推薦被推薦人應(yīng)聘某個(gè)職位，推薦信應(yīng)該描述這個(gè)人的能力能適合他/她所要求的職位�？梢詤⒖颊衅笍V告上對(duì)職位的要求和被推薦人的簡(jiǎn)歷一起來(lái)寫(xiě)。

　　主要內(nèi)容敘述清楚后，還應(yīng)該加一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)短的總結(jié)�？偨Y(jié)部分應(yīng)該再簡(jiǎn)述一下你為什么要推薦這個(gè)人�？梢詫�(xiě)上i highly recommend the

　　person，i recommendthe person without reservation 或者其他類似的話。

　　conclusion

　　英文推薦信的結(jié)尾部分應(yīng)該寫(xiě)上你愿意提供更多的詳細(xì)信息，要注明你的電話號(hào)碼，聯(lián)系方式和email address。

　　最后，還要寫(xiě)上下面這一段：

　　(tel number ，mailing address)

　　Dear Colleagues：

　　As a teacher in Department of Biology, Nankai University, a leading university in China, I am very pleased to take this opportunity to recommend one of my favorite students to your PhD program.

　　In September, 2004, Miss Zhang was my students in General Biology, the first professional course they take in the field. She likes it very much. I teach her in an open and interactive manner, she is active and passionate about answering class questions. Miss Zhang is bright, energetic and enthusiastic girl who loves speaking out her own ideas. She never escapes from those points of which she is skeptical. Apart from that, she often puts forward her ideas upon questions and exchanges all of her innovate ideas with me after class.
