篇一：如何邀請(qǐng)朋友和父母來(lái)英國(guó)附帶邀請(qǐng)函
如何邀請(qǐng)朋友和父母來(lái)英國(guó)附帶邀請(qǐng)函
無(wú)論什么時(shí)候, 作為學(xué)生簽證持有者都可以邀請(qǐng)自己的父母或者朋友來(lái)英國(guó)旅行或是參加自己的畢業(yè)典禮. 內(nèi)政部會(huì)將他們視為non-dependant會(huì)發(fā)給訪問(wèn)簽證(visitor). 在判斷是否頒發(fā)訪問(wèn)簽證時(shí),簽證官會(huì)重點(diǎn)考慮如下的幾個(gè)方面: 1, 在英國(guó)不會(huì)逗留超過(guò)6個(gè)月(因?yàn)樵L問(wèn)簽最長(zhǎng)是6個(gè)月的)
2, 不會(huì)在英國(guó)逗留期間工作.
3, 能夠支持整個(gè)在英國(guó)的期間的費(fèi)用和往返旅行費(fèi)用.
4, 有合適的住宿安排
5, 簽證期滿以后不會(huì)超期逗留英國(guó)
為了滿足上述要求, 無(wú)論是學(xué)生本人還是被邀請(qǐng)人都要分別準(zhǔn)備一系列的材料. 就學(xué)生本人而言需要提供:
1, 提供一封英文邀請(qǐng)信給被邀請(qǐng)人, 如果來(lái)英有特別目的則一定要在信中說(shuō)明,比如參加畢業(yè)典禮.
2, 學(xué)校出具的在讀證明說(shuō)明本人的學(xué)生身份, 在讀課程的詳細(xì)信息.
3, 護(hù)照復(fù)印件包括個(gè)人信息頁(yè)和簽證頁(yè)
4, 警察局注冊(cè)證明的復(fù)印件
5, 為被邀請(qǐng)人安排的住宿證明. 一般來(lái)說(shuō)本人在學(xué)校的住宿不能作為被邀請(qǐng)人的住宿. 如果本人是租住私人的房子, 則需要提供于房東的合同以及一封出自房東的'信用以陳述房間大小并且適合本人和被邀請(qǐng)人居住. 如果被邀請(qǐng)人住酒店或者單獨(dú)租房居住, 也要提供相關(guān)證明.
對(duì)于被邀請(qǐng)人需要準(zhǔn)備的材料包括:
1, 簽證申請(qǐng)表(可以從 下載)
2, 連續(xù)三個(gè)月的銀行對(duì)帳單用以證明被邀請(qǐng)人有充足的錢(qián)來(lái)支持自己在英國(guó)期間的花費(fèi)和往返機(jī)票費(fèi)用. 如果被邀請(qǐng)人將使用邀請(qǐng)人的資金作為在英國(guó)的開(kāi)銷(xiāo),則邀請(qǐng)人要提供連續(xù)三個(gè)月的銀行對(duì)帳單.
3, 其他的資料用以證明被邀請(qǐng)人不會(huì)滯留英國(guó)不歸. 比如在職人員可以要求所在單位出具的工作證明, 準(zhǔn)假證明. 如果被邀請(qǐng)人是學(xué)生則可以讓學(xué)校出具在讀證明, 和準(zhǔn)假證明. 被邀請(qǐng)人還可以準(zhǔn)備其他材料來(lái)證明自己到英國(guó)只是短期訪問(wèn), 比如在國(guó)內(nèi)的資產(chǎn)證明, 在國(guó)內(nèi)還有配偶或者小孩等等.
