點(diǎn)評(píng):1、量化的數(shù)據(jù)提高簡歷的含金量,如:校特等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金(Top 0.3%) ,不僅是特等,更強(qiáng)調(diào)很小的比例,進(jìn)一步體現(xiàn)人選的競爭優(yōu)勢;
2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)相對(duì)豐富,包括校內(nèi)校外,并且針對(duì)每項(xiàng)經(jīng)歷有簡潔有效的說明,體現(xiàn)出人選承擔(dān)職責(zé),以及獲得的績效;
3、篇幅適中,重點(diǎn)突出,飽滿,價(jià)值含量較高。
但也有不足之處,主要體現(xiàn)如下:
1、建議增加頁首頁尾,客戶在閱讀時(shí)會(huì)感覺更加專業(yè);
2、最重要的問題在于缺乏針對(duì)性,無法判斷人選期待的職位需求,因此企業(yè)也無從判斷所提供的職位需求與人選的匹配度。建議增加求職目標(biāo),并且在求職目標(biāo)中體現(xiàn)與相關(guān)職位的吻合性。
舉例,針對(duì)“外資或合資企業(yè)銷售類職位”的求職目標(biāo):能充分運(yùn)用自己多年來在外資企業(yè)中所積累的銷售及市場開發(fā)、新行業(yè)新市場拓展、客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)等方面的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn),施展自己面對(duì)大客戶的顧問式銷售技能與老客戶關(guān)系管理能力,并與公司的市場發(fā)展相結(jié)合。
