我先把餃子皮平攤在手掌上,再用筷子把肉夾到餃子皮中間,不能放太多也不能放太少。用食指沾上一點(diǎn)水,在餃皮的邊緣涂一下,再捏一捏就大功告成了。包完餃子,看著桌子上形形色色的餃子我開心極了,一會(huì)兒餃子就出鍋了,吃著自己親手包的餃子味道好極了!
