afterall的用法總結

　　例如：

　　I'm so sorry ,i thought i could come and see you this evening,but I'm not free after all

　　我非常抱歉，原本今天晚上我能來看你的，但是終究沒有空。

　　I expected to fail the exam,but i passed after all.

　　我原本以為考試不及格，但終究還是通過了。

　　2.after all也可指“別忘記了……”，它常常表示為了說明某個好理由或者某個重要的辯論而提醒某人看起來忘記的事情，一般放在句首，例如：

　　It's not surprising you're hungry.After all,you didn't have breakfast.

　　你餓了我一點都不驚訝，別忘了，你沒有吃早餐。

　　I think we should go and see Granny.After all,she only lives ten miles away,and we haven't seen her for ages.
