forget to do sth與forget doing sth的區(qū)別只有一個(gè)：
1、forget to do sth 意思是“忘記要去做某事”，指的.是這件事情本來(lái)要做，但是忘記了而沒(méi)有去做。例如：
I forgot to close the windows this morning. 今天早上，我忘記關(guān)窗戶了。（窗戶沒(méi)關(guān)）
He forgot to turn off the lights when he left the classroom. 他離開教室的時(shí)候，忘記了關(guān)燈。（燈沒(méi)有關(guān)）
2、forget doing sth意思是“忘記做了某事”，指的是這件事情本來(lái)做了，但是忘記了而以為沒(méi)做。例如：
I forgot paying for this book. 我忘了已經(jīng)付過(guò)這本書的錢。（之前已經(jīng)付過(guò)錢了）
She forgot locking the door. 她忘了已鎖了門。（門之前已經(jīng)上鎖了）
