life的英文演講稿 1
Good evening! Teachers!
I’m very glad to make a speech here. My topic is about my school life. My school life is very common. As a student its important for me to study, so learning all kinds of experience knowledge is a part of my school life. At free time I often go to play-ground to take a walk, because its good for my health and reducing study pressure.
School life which I like best is that I can learn many subjects, learn lots of knowledge to open my eyes and classmates can express their ideas one another. Not only classmates can extend their knowledge one another, but also our friendship becomes more profound. Surely study will become interesting.
And I like taking a walk with friends at free time in the school .We usually discuss about study questions together while walking. Sometimes we can talk about something interesting in our lives. As such I could forget something unhappy and reduce stress easily.
I like my school life. Though my school life is common, I could gain friendship and experience knowledge. I feel very happy because it is important for me to have an interesting high school life. And that is a lovely memory for me when I grow up.

Good afternoon! My name is jelly. I am Beijing, experimental school attend to Capital Normal School. I am very glad to be here to give you a speech.
Please look at this picture. There is a glass of water .When you see it, what can you see? Half water or half empty? Some people will say: half water; Some people will say:half empty. Our life looks like the glass of water. Your answers are different, so your choice about life are different, too.
One day in Mo-Mo, I learnt that “ life is all about choice. When you cut away all the junk, every situation is a choice . You choose how you react to situations. You choose how people will affect your mood . you choose to be in good mood or bad mood . It is your choice how you live life .
Life is a choice. Bad things happen to everybody. It is hoe you deal with it that matters.
Obstacle is a part of life. It could be a divorce, a layoff, an illness, an accident, a bankruptcy, a robbery .All these things can happen to everyone. All of us, in no matter what the situation, have a choice. The choice will affect your life.
There are many people who have gone through divorce, an illness,
an audient, a robbery, a bankruptcy, and disability and they have not give up, while others have just put up the towel.
We all have a choice. Do we wake up and try your best to find the way to go through an obstacle or do you just let it stand in our way? Each obstacle is unique, but our goals of independence, time and freedom are the same.
Persisting on our dream. Napoleon Hill ?s son was born without ears. He got his first prizes in college , which was hearing aids. After he graduated from the college, he went to work with the company to improve them. And he succeed at last. How about Rick Hansen? A tragic accident put him in a wheelchair ,did he give up?
T he great example of persistence is Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln had to face many defeats throughout his life. He lost eight elections, twice failed in business and suffered mental stress, causing a nervous breakdown. He could have quit many times, did he give up? Did he give up? No, he became one of the greatest presidents in the history of America. Lincoln was a charmpion and he never gave up.
For me, life is a choice , too. When I read the article about Abraham Lincoln . It reminded me of my unique summer of 2002. I lost my first chance to study in university for nearly 10 points.
Sometimes I felt so depressed that I did not want to live .Going to the university was my biggest dream when I was a little girl. I studied
very hard in my high school. I spent a lot of time on my homework. However , my dream broke at that time. Going to the college or still studing in high school for another year to persist my dream? If I went to the college , I would lose my dream. If I chose to study in high school ,I would had to study harder and spend another 10,000yuan. Can you guess what is choice ? At the end of that summer , I chose to stay in high school. It is the biggest challenge in my 27 years- old life. After one year , I entered the Capital Normal University .I never regret making that choice at that special summer .So, my dear classmates, If you have a dream in your heart ,you can try your best to persist on it. You can do it !
Attitude is everything . Charles Swindoll said :” Attitude ,to me, is more important that facts . We can not change our past .We can not change the fact that people will act in a certain way ,the only thing we can do is play on the string we have ,and that is our attitude.
The beginning of everything is hard . I felt a lot of stress when I started to work for the first year . I could not know how to commicate with students. Although I tried my best to work ,I did not know how to make my students love me. The children are lovely but not easy to be teached for me ,and I pretended to smile to them . However they did not afraid of me . Some students dared to talk if they wanted to do it . That made me very angry . I did not want my class looks like that .So I became a very strict teacher . When they talked in my class, I would blame them.
They were so quiet .However, I thought they are too quiet. And they did not want to talk in English. I did not how to do it. So one day I asked the the leader of English group what to do. She asked me a question :” Do you love the children ?Do you really love teaching? “ “Do I really love teaching ? “ I asked myself. I did not know . Working, for me, was just a lot stress .When I entered the gate of school ,. I felt nervous in my heart .I paid too much attention to how people will affect me, and thought of the results of teaching . What I really should do is relaxing myself. So I could not have good mood .If I could not relax myself, It was hard for me to teach them . From then on ,I treat my work as a challenge . I changed my attitude . I singed the English children songs and played interesting game in my English class. But , I would be very strict if they dared to talk without my permission. After class, I talked with them as their friends. I found that they love me gradually. So things will be different, if you change your attitude.
Life is a choice. Sometimes, we make the right one. Sometimes, we make the wrong one. But whatever happens we still the caption of our own ships .Whether we know it or not.
Life is a choice .When you open your eyes every morning , you can choose them by yourself.

life的英文演講稿 4
Once President Roosevelt’s house was broken into and lots of things were stolen. Hearing this, one of Roosevelt’s friends wrote to him and advised him not to take it to his heart so much. President Roosevelt wrote back immediately, saying:“Dear friend, thank you for your letter to comfort me, I am all right now. I think I should thank God. This is because of the following three reasons: firstly, the thief only stole things from me but did not hurt me at all; secondly, the thief has stolen some of my things instead of all my things; thirdly, most luckily for me, it was the man rather than me who became a thief.”
It is certainly unlucky for anyone to be stolen from. However, President Roosevelt had three reasons to be grateful. This story tells us we should learn to be grateful in our life. There is a sentence from Mahatma Gandhi:“Live as you were to die tomorrow, learn as you were to live forever. ” Great people are always showing their love to the world, just as Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Norman Bethune and so on. How about us?
You can not do everything, but still you can do something. So, be grateful to your life, all the people and things in your life.
Be grateful to the nature, for the fresh air you breathe, the clean water you drink, the beautiful flower you smell.
Be grateful to your parents, for they gave birth to you and taught you right from wrong.
Be grateful to your teachers, for they let you understand “what”,“how”and“why” with great patience.
Be grateful to your friends, for you have known each other since you were 9 or 10 and faced the difficulties together for so many years.
Be grateful to your lover, for he/she gave you love and helped you find the sun every time you were down.
Mother Teresa once said:“People really need help, but may attack you if you help them. Help people anyway; Give the world the best you have and you may get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.” At last I want to say: being grateful can bring us a better and more beautiful life. Why don’t we have a try?let,s get it started!

dear friends
today i’d like to share some thoughts with you. it’s about The meaning of life.
do you know The article named “The front is heaven ,The behind is death”? do you want to know who wrote The article? now let me introduce The author of it.There was a professional author called chan hao. he had been disabled even since he was born. when he was only six months old, his parents were informed that he was brain-damaged and would never stand up as oThers do. but his moTher never gave him up. she took him to many famous hospitals, chen hao was able to say something just when he was one year old. he was so curious about many new things that he acquired many skills. later his moTher gave him a computer. Then chen hao began his writing life. he kept one thousand words’ reading everyday. although he lay on The bed for 24 hours a day, The work was still finished well. he published The article “The front is heaven, The behind is death” on august 11th, 2014, five days to his 20 birthday. during The time he was almost informed of The deadline of his life every day. unfortunately, chen hao had left for anoTher heaven just on The day of his 20th birthday. but even at The last minute of his life, he still worked on his computer.”
although chen hao had left us for heaven, The spirit of his mind strongly influenced me. maybe we can’t understand The meaning of life, but we have paid too much for it; and maybe we won’t have our dreams come true, but we have had too many tears tor it. so The only thing we can do is to go as far as we can along our roads. never give up. perhaps heaven may not be in front, but death may not be in behind.
as we all know, The most important thing in life is our attitudes towards it. so only when you regard life itself as a career, will you never lose The meaning of life. There is not a second life for anyone, so having a chance to live will be The best meaning of life. it is time for us to think about how to make a difference in our life.
