記得那年金秋，我滿(mǎn)心歡喜地踏入了中學(xué)的校門(mén)，遐想中學(xué)生活的美好，憧憬著，向往著。但我卻不知道，自己笑對(duì)的是一條艱苦而漫長(zhǎng)的路。小學(xué)從未接觸過(guò)英語(yǔ)的我，在那些陌生的單詞和音標(biāo)面前，就像一只無(wú)助的流浪小狗。我讀起英語(yǔ)來(lái)分外吃力，一天都記不住十個(gè)單詞。記得第一次英語(yǔ)測(cè)試滿(mǎn)分是一百分，而我只考了六十一分，生生站在了及格的懸崖邊上。
這給成績(jī)優(yōu)等的我?guī)?lái)了許多痛苦和壓力，父母的批評(píng)更使我開(kāi)始抵觸英語(yǔ)，早讀不讀書(shū)了，單詞也干脆不記了。可想想自己其他科目的成績(jī)，哪科不是在班里名列前茅的，唯獨(dú)英語(yǔ)，都快倒數(shù)了。如果就這樣放棄，我怎么對(duì)得起辛苦教育我的老師，怎么對(duì)得起養(yǎng)育我的父母，又怎么對(duì)得起我自己。用一個(gè)星期調(diào)整情緒后，我開(kāi)始了與英語(yǔ)的對(duì)抗，我要跨越楚河漢界，征服這一片英語(yǔ)的世界。
我把每天的.單詞音標(biāo)抄下來(lái)貼在床頭和課桌桌角。這樣每天起床讀一讀，課前再讀一讀，久而久之就熟能生巧了。
對(duì)于聽(tīng)寫(xiě)，我也相信熟能生巧。一樣的，我把單詞貼在床頭，桌角，做成小卡片拿在手里。排隊(duì)時(shí)隨時(shí)拿出來(lái)記憶，這樣把零星的時(shí)間湊起來(lái)，就能提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。有了學(xué)習(xí)方法，單詞聽(tīng)寫(xiě)也被我打敗了。而最讓我頭疼的語(yǔ)法，我則用聯(lián)想法來(lái)記憶。把相關(guān)句子記下來(lái)，就能順藤摸瓜，記住語(yǔ)法了。

15 months ago when i first explored this wonderful illusory cyber world, i was captured by the romantic cyber love. the one i was in love with was a knowledgeable and humorous man who was doing his master degree. i laughed and cried for him simply because i was in love. i stayed up whole night chatting with him on the phone also because i was in love. i sang and danced and everything in my mind appeared so beautiful, still because i was in love. with this kind of romantic and exciting love, i thought i ‘d already got the whole world.however, i was not satisfied that i could only feel him and communicate with him through the wire or touch him on the screen. i was not satisfied that when i needed an arm to rest myself on, he was not with me. i was not satisfied that he could not stand shoulder by shoulder with me to enjoy the beauty of the sea. all in all, i was not satisfied that i had to put all my passion toward him into the unemotional words. i wanted a love, a real love from the real world.
then we met, in the real world…
