好的英文求職信和英文簡(jiǎn)歷是進(jìn)入大企業(yè)特別是外企的“敲門磚”。因此,如何寫好應(yīng)聘的求職簡(jiǎn)歷就顯得尤為重要。
英文求職信的一般由五個(gè)組成部分:寫信動(dòng)機(jī)、自我介紹、能力(技能)介紹、結(jié)尾和附件。
寫信動(dòng)機(jī):
通常求職信是針對(duì)報(bào)紙上、網(wǎng)上的或是其他途徑的招聘廣告而寫的。因此,信中須首先提到時(shí)在何月何日的什么報(bào)紙上看到的信息、在什么網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)看到的招聘廣告,又或是是由朋友或介紹所介紹的等等。當(dāng)然,有時(shí)寫信人不知某機(jī)構(gòu)、公司有工作機(jī)會(huì),只是毛遂自薦,那么也需說明寫求職信的緣由和目的。此外,需開門見山的點(diǎn)明應(yīng)聘的職位或是希望承擔(dān)的職務(wù)
自我介紹:
此部分應(yīng)述明自己的年齡或出生年月、教育背景,尤其與應(yīng)征職位有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或教育科目、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或特殊技能。如無(wú)實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),略述在學(xué)類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可。
能力(技能)介紹:
如果缺乏工作經(jīng)歷,可以將社會(huì)工作細(xì)節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷中,這樣會(huì)填補(bǔ)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)少的缺陷。例如,在做團(tuán)支書、學(xué)生會(huì)主席等社會(huì)工作時(shí)組織過什么活動(dòng),聯(lián)系過什么事,參與過什么都可以一一羅列。
結(jié)尾:
求職信的結(jié)尾,應(yīng)注意表達(dá),珍惜工作機(jī)會(huì)和如果得到職位后將不遺余力的表現(xiàn)決心,希望招聘單位給予自己施展才華的'機(jī)會(huì)等。此外,不要忘了注明正熱切盼望對(duì)方的回復(fù)。
