七年級關于閱讀的好處英語作文

如果設立一個節(jié)日，我要設立一個讀書節(jié)。
有一個名人曾經說過：書是人類進步的階梯。從書中可以直接學到前人的經驗，知識使我們再前進的路上少摔跟頭，少走彎路。讀書可以開闊我們的視野，陶冶我們的情操……讀書的好處數不勝數。
可是現在，我們的學習壓力很大，雖然我們也很想多讀書，可是過重的學業(yè)負擔和五花八門的課外補習班，輔導班壓得我們喘不過氣來，哪里還有時間多讀書呢?因此，我特別期盼能設立一個讀書節(jié)。
在讀書節(jié)這一天，大家不用上學，不用做作業(yè)，可以盡情地看課外書，痛痛快快地在知識的海洋里暢游。可以和同學朋友交流自己的讀書體會，表達自己的獨特見解。還可以和同學把書中的情景表演出來!讀書節(jié)可以每個月一次或每周兩次。
我多么希望有一個讀書節(jié)啊!
