　　篇一：我的寵物 My Pet

　　I have a lovely pet. It's a small cat. It's name is Candy, because it looks like a candy. It has white and black colors. It's smaller than general cats. When I first saw it in the market, I liked it. Therefore, I begged my mother bought it to me and I succeeded. It has come to my home for three months. It is attracted. Everyone come to my home likes to play with it.  It hides under the sofa or bed often. When I call it, it would react to me. Sometimes, it would walk to me quietly. I like my cat very much.

　　我有一只可愛的寵物，是一只小貓咪。它的名字叫Candy，因?yàn)樗�長(zhǎng)得像糖果。它比普通的.貓要小，毛色是黑白的。當(dāng)我在集市上看到它時(shí)，就喜歡上它了，所以央求媽媽給我買下，我成功了。它來我家三個(gè)月了，它很受歡迎，每個(gè)人都喜歡來我家跟它玩。它經(jīng)常躲在沙發(fā)底和床底下，當(dāng)我叫它時(shí)，它就出來回應(yīng)我，它走起路來有時(shí)很輕盈。我好喜歡我的小貓。

　　篇二：關(guān)于養(yǎng)寵物 My View on Keeping Pets

　　Nowadays, many families have a dog or a cat as a pet. Some people think that pets are good and helpful companies. Some of them even go so far as saying that animals are as good as humans, and their rights should be respected .Senior citizens are especially fond of keeping pet because they are always feeling lonely at home and they see the cats or dogs as their partner.

　　現(xiàn)如今，很多家庭都養(yǎng)有寵物狗或?qū)櫸镓�。有的人認(rèn)為寵物是很好的'伙伴，甚至有人說動(dòng)物和人類一樣，也需要被尊重。老人特別喜歡養(yǎng)寵物，因?yàn)樗麄兇�在家里，比較容易感覺到寂寞，他們把寵物當(dāng)做自己的伙伴。

　　But some other people do not like pets. They say that animals are noisy, dirty and dangerous. They think laws should be made to forbid people from keeping pets in cities and towns.

　　但有的人卻不喜歡寵物，他們認(rèn)為動(dòng)物吵鬧、骯臟并且危險(xiǎn)，提議制定相關(guān)禁止在城鎮(zhèn)養(yǎng)寵物的法律。

　　In my opinion, pets are loyal friends that will never betray us. Staying with pets, we shall enjoy happiness and feel relaxed. Most important of all, keeping pets helps people to reduce loneliness and forget their unpleasant things for the time being.

　　我認(rèn)為寵物是我們的朋友，不會(huì)背叛我們。和寵物待在一起，我們能感受到快樂和放松。最重要的是，養(yǎng)寵物能減少寂寞，也能暫時(shí)忘記不愉快的事情。

　　篇三：我如何看待養(yǎng)寵物 My View on Keeping A Pet

　　There is no denying the fact that keeping pets is a hotly debated topic today. Some people claim that keeping pets is a good thing to do. They believe that pets, like cats and dogs, can help relieve the loneliness suffered by senior citizens and other social members who are confined to their homes for this reason or that. They also argue that keeping pets helps mankind understand animals' world and develop positive feelings toward them.

　　有一個(gè)不可否認(rèn)的事實(shí)，即養(yǎng)寵物是當(dāng)今一個(gè)被熱烈討論的話題。有的人認(rèn)為養(yǎng)寵物是一件好事。他們認(rèn)為寵物，比如貓和狗，有助于緩解年長(zhǎng)者和那些由于這樣那樣的家庭原因限制的社會(huì)成員的孤獨(dú)感。他們還認(rèn)為，養(yǎng)寵物有助于人類了解動(dòng)物世界，培養(yǎng)對(duì)它們的積極態(tài)度。

　　Others, however, hold the opposite view. They regard keeping pets as a useless but harmful thing to do. Firstly, pets can transmit diseases. Secondly, the noises and dung of pets are sources of pollution. Last but not least, as many rare birds and animals are kept as pets, they will surely be hunted on a large scale, which means a threat to the balance of the ecosystem.

　　然而，其他人持相反觀點(diǎn)。他把養(yǎng)寵物當(dāng)做是無用而且有害的事。首先，寵物可以傳播疾病。其次，噪音和寵物糞便是污染的`來源。最后，許多珍禽異獸作為寵物飼養(yǎng)，他們一定會(huì)被大規(guī)模獵殺，這意味著威脅到生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的平衡。

　　Weighing the arguments of both sides, I am inclined to agree with the latter. Anyway, we can lessen our loneliness and express our love toward animals in other ways. And it is my beliefs that only by placing man and other species on an equal basis can us expect to have a lively and colorful world.

　　權(quán)衡雙方的論據(jù)，我更傾向于同意后者。不管怎么樣，我們可以通過其他方式來減少我們的孤獨(dú)和向動(dòng)物表達(dá)我們的愛心。我相信，只有在人類和其他物種平等的基礎(chǔ)上，我們才能期待有一個(gè)生動(dòng)多彩的世界。
