Breakfast
We get the energy for our movements from food. Human beings are just like machines. For us to work properly, we must be well energized. The energy, of course, comes from the three meals a day, that is, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast is more important than any other meal in a day. For one thing, after a night’s sleep, most of the energy stored in the human body has been consumed. Breakfast serves the purpose of replenishing (fill up again) energy, thus making us energetic again. Finally, the constant lack of breakfast can contribute to stomach troubles.
