In 2015, is the topic of the nation-wide: care to help the disabled, achieve better the Chinese dream.

助殘日是從1991年開(kāi)始舉辦的，助殘日主題是：宣傳殘疾人的保障法。1992年是第2個(gè)全國(guó)助殘日，主題是：走進(jìn)每個(gè)殘疾人家庭。1993年是第3個(gè)助殘日，主題是：扶助共進(jìn)。1994年是第4個(gè)助殘日，主題是：我們同行——為遠(yuǎn)南殘疾人運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)獻(xiàn)愛(ài)心。1995年是第5個(gè)助殘日，主題是：一助一，送溫暖。1996年是第6個(gè)全國(guó)助殘日，主題是：預(yù)防殘疾，增進(jìn)健康。1997年是第7個(gè)全國(guó)助殘日，主題是：助殘與自強(qiáng)。1998年是第8個(gè)全國(guó)助殘日，主題是：扶貧解困。1999年是第9個(gè)全國(guó)助殘日，主題是：無(wú)障礙與視覺(jué)第一。2015年全國(guó)助殘日的主題是：關(guān)心幫助殘疾人,實(shí)現(xiàn)美好中國(guó)夢(mèng)。
每到助殘日的時(shí)候，大家都幫助貧困的殘疾人。
