請(qǐng)假條
便條是書(shū)信的一種形式，特點(diǎn)在于其內(nèi)容比一般書(shū)信更簡(jiǎn)短，用于詢問(wèn)，留言，通知，要求等。便條分為兩種形式：一種是請(qǐng)假條（病假，事假，續(xù)假）；一種是留言，通知等。便條的基本組成部分是：日期，稱呼，正文和署名。
