in chinese poeple ,s traditional opinion, houses is more important than other subastans in one,s life.the house is not only for live but also sybolize his or her success in life particularly in bige city nowadays.so ifi can only affort a house or a car , the first choiceoccur to my mind is the house.if get my own house i can save a lot of rent that cost my large proportion of my income .althougth i like cars as wellthat will be bound to give me colorful live ,i can drive it gang out around the city even around china .but i still consider house is priorty in life ,it can built a real family for me .
in the other hand , price of housingget higher and higher in urbn area , if i get a house that means the house willappretiate in the future .but the price of car will get down soon .

Every year there are many matches played on the city, provincial or national level. Sports are no longer limited to a few professional players. Early in the morning people may be seen doing exercise. Martial arts (like Chinese boxing or swordplay) which formerly were cultivated for self-defense, now have become a form of physical exercise and are practiced in parks, streets, gardens, or on campuses. In addition young and old people are also often seen running in order to build up their bodies. China promotes sports to enhance the physical condition of its people; she is formulating policies to provide encouragement of this activity. She awards prizes to the excellent players for the best records both in china and the world. In the world the Chinese have become a strong people instead of “the weaklings of East Asia”.

University Courses
Many young people go to universities without a clear idea of what they are going to do. If one considers the various courses offered, it is not hard to see how difficult it is for a student to select the course most suited to him. If a student goes to a university to acquire a broader perspective of life, he will undoubtedly benefit. Schools often have too restrictive an atmosphere. Most students would, I believe, profit by the exploration of different academic studles, especially the "all rounders'with no particular interest.They should have a longer time to decide in what subject they
want to take their degrees, so that in later life, they do not look back and regret.
There is, of course, another side to the question of how to make the best use of one's time at university. Some students,who are good at a particular branch of learning, may spend three or four years becoming a specialist, appearing with a first-class Honors Degree but very little knowledge of what the rest of the world is all about. Therefore there will have to be much more detailed information in all fields. On the one hand, a band of specialists ignorant of anything outside their own subject, and on the other hand, an ever-increasing number of graduates qualified in subjects for which there is little or no demand in the working world.
