My grandmother is not tall. She has short hair and yellow teeth. Her voice is clear and crisp. She sounds like a young man, not old at all.
Grandma was a medical professor before she retired, so she paid attention to the nutrition of all kinds of food when cooking. For example, in addition to rice, we also add millet, oats, corn, sweet potatoes, sometimes carrots, potatoes and so on. I like to call it rice with grains.
