I still remember that morning when I was awakened mercilessly by the noisy insects, I finished my drowsy washing. I looked at my watch and found that it was time for lunch at 8 o'clock. 我又開(kāi)了火。拿去了油壺，小心翼翼的倒了幾滴。把鍋搖了搖。油“刺啦”地炸開(kāi)了。這還沒(méi)完，我拿起那枚雞蛋，一敲，再一掰，那透明的蛋清和金黃色的蛋黃隨即滑進(jìn)了鍋。只聽(tīng)見(jiàn)“咝咝咝咝”的聲音，只聽(tīng)見(jiàn)“咝咝咝咝”的聲音，油沸騰起來(lái)，蛋黃好像在鍋中跳舞，蛋黃周?chē)牡鞍灼鹆艘粋�(gè)個(gè)白白的小泡泡，有的像奶嘴，有的像手電筒里的小電珠。過(guò)了一會(huì)兒，蛋的邊有點(diǎn)黃了，我拿起鍋鏟，小心的鏟下去翻了一個(gè)身。

太神奇了，原來(lái)粘在一起的.米飯，在我的翻炒下竟然乖乖的散開(kāi)了，火腿腸油沸騰起來(lái)，蛋黃好像在鍋中跳舞，蛋黃周?chē)牡鞍灼鹆艘粋�(gè)個(gè)白白的小泡泡，有的像奶嘴，有的像手電筒里的小電珠。過(guò)了一會(huì)兒，蛋的邊有點(diǎn)黃了，我拿起鍋鏟，小心的鏟下去翻了一個(gè)身。我趕快倒入煮好的白米飯和火腿腸一起炒。太神奇了，原來(lái)粘在一起的米飯，在我的翻炒下竟然乖乖的散開(kāi)了，火腿腸均勻的合在了一起，而且越炒越松軟，越炒越蓬松。一陣陣香味撲鼻而來(lái)。把蛋炒飯倒入了雪白的盤(pán)子內(nèi)，端上了桌。脫下圍裙，我連忙拿出叉子和勺子，像準(zhǔn)備吃西餐似的，準(zhǔn)備對(duì)自己親手做的蛋炒飯發(fā)起最后的總攻。
