中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)佳節(jié)——元宵節(jié)就要到了。正月是農(nóng)歷的元月，古人稱夜為“宵”，所以稱正月十五為元宵節(jié)。正月十五日是一年中第一個(gè)月圓之夜，也是一元復(fù)始，大地回春的夜晚，人們對(duì)此加以慶祝，也是慶賀新春的延續(xù)。元宵節(jié)又稱為“上元節(jié)”。按中國(guó)民間的傳統(tǒng)，在這天上皓月高懸的夜晚，人們要點(diǎn)起彩燈萬(wàn)盞，以示慶賀。出門賞月、燃燈放焰、喜猜燈謎、共吃元宵，合家團(tuán)聚、同慶佳節(jié)，其樂(lè)融融。
Eating Yuanxiao--吃元宵
Yuanxiao is the special food for the Lantern Festival. It is believed that Yuanxiao is named after a palace maid, Yuanxiao, of Emperor Wu Di of the Han Dynasty. Yuanxiao is a kind of sweet dumpling, which is made with sticky rice flour filled with sweet stuffing. And the Festival is named after the famous dumpling. It is very easy to cook - simply dump them in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes - and eaten as a dessert.
元宵是元宵節(jié)的特色食品。據(jù)說(shuō)，元宵是因漢武帝時(shí)期的一位名叫元宵的宮女而得名。元宵是一種帶餡兒的甜食，是由糯米粉加上甜的餡料制成。元宵節(jié)就是因此食品得名。元宵的烹制方法非常簡(jiǎn)單，將元宵倒入裝滿沸水的鍋中煮幾分鐘就可以了。
