          1.在信中你必須要以一兩句話來(lái)表達(dá)你為何會(huì)對(duì)你所應(yīng)征的.工作感興趣。

          2.告訴收信人你是從何處獲悉對(duì)方有職位空缺,這實(shí)際上是協(xié)助對(duì)方從事他的招聘統(tǒng)計(jì)工作,例如是報(bào)紙廣告,或電臺(tái)、政府勞工處等等。

          3.告訴對(duì)方與你有關(guān)的教育、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),甚至是與此有關(guān)的個(gè)人興趣、嗜好等。如果你只是剛離校門(mén),也不妨告訴對(duì)方你曾做過(guò)何種暑期工作,雖然并不一定有關(guān)連,但起碼向?qū)Ψ奖硎灸憔哂泄ぷ饕庠浮?/p>

          4.提供你的若干個(gè)人資料,例如年齡、婚姻情況、興趣、種族、你所參與的團(tuán)體活動(dòng)等。
