二、實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容
今天是到XX發(fā)電廠的第一天，從來(lái)的路上就對(duì)XX有了不錯(cuò)的印象。干凈的地面，干凈的天空，總之就是清新感覺(jué)。XX發(fā)電廠位于XXXX區(qū)，距渤海灣很近，裝機(jī)容量4臺(tái)30萬(wàn)。廠區(qū)干凈有序，到處洋溢著勤奮拼搏的新氣息。初來(lái)札到，最先要解決的是生活問(wèn)題，吃飯飲水無(wú)疑又是重中之重，最讓人無(wú)奈的是XX的食堂開(kāi)飯?jiān)?點(diǎn)，而習(xí)慣了學(xué)校5點(diǎn)吃飯的我們，多少有點(diǎn)措手不及，只好忍著咕咕直叫的肚子，匆忙中尋求新的解決途徑。一頓酒飽飯足之后，又開(kāi)始了做了四年的娛樂(lè)生活。大家的口中，多少有些報(bào)怨，最多的還是對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)的憧憬，以及各自心里的一些小九九，渴望美好的周末快快到來(lái)吧…
熟悉地理環(huán)境,是我們每到一個(gè)新地方的首要任務(wù)。利用飯后的時(shí)間，叫上三兩同學(xué)，就開(kāi)始了我們的XX之旅。XX的建筑很有特點(diǎn)，都是統(tǒng)一的黃墻紅瓦造型，也使生活區(qū)看起來(lái)井然有序，錯(cuò)落有致。塑膠大操場(chǎng)看起來(lái)特別誘人，要能在綠色的草坪上踢上一場(chǎng)足球就更好了。足球場(chǎng)、籃球場(chǎng)…各種設(shè)施一應(yīng)俱全。更讓人興奮的是文體中心，在這兒，員工可以盡情地放松，臺(tái)球、乒乓球、KTV…外面有的，咱XX也有，我不禁向往著在XX工作了。文體中心的后面是職工醫(yī)院，充分體現(xiàn)了XX的人性化。不知不覺(jué)已經(jīng)在XX轉(zhuǎn)了近一個(gè)小時(shí)了，對(duì)XX也有初步的了解，相信這次XX之旅定會(huì)收獲不小。
今天是到XX發(fā)電廠的第二天，依照安排，早早就起床了，也如愿以償?shù)爻陨狭穗姀S食堂的早飯，感覺(jué)還不錯(cuò)，要比學(xué)校的好上很多。在帶隊(duì)李老師的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，我們來(lái)到了培訓(xùn)中心，開(kāi)始了正式的培訓(xùn)日程，實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告《電廠實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告》。
首先，有電廠的楊工，給我介紹了一下電廠的安全規(guī)程。作為不止一次到過(guò)電廠的電力學(xué)生，對(duì)它是絕對(duì)的了解。不過(guò)楊工的介紹還是很有特色的，一個(gè)個(gè)鮮活的例子，讓我們記憶猶新，表情也不自覺(jué)的嚴(yán)肅了起來(lái)。在接下來(lái)的時(shí)間里，楊工又對(duì)XX發(fā)電廠了詳細(xì)的介紹。XX發(fā)電廠始于1978年，分兩期工程建設(shè)，一期引進(jìn)了意大利公司的2*30萬(wàn)燃油機(jī)組，與1980年投產(chǎn)。在當(dāng)時(shí)來(lái)說(shuō)是非常先進(jìn)的，控制系統(tǒng)采用的是貝利的820系統(tǒng)。二期工程以服務(wù)亞運(yùn)會(huì)為目的，與1990開(kāi)工建設(shè)，機(jī)組為2*30萬(wàn)燃煤機(jī)組，同為意大利進(jìn)口。在國(guó)內(nèi)，XX電廠可以從兩方面來(lái)說(shuō)。一是大，在當(dāng)時(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)電廠中，XX以130萬(wàn)的總裝機(jī)容量在全國(guó)搖搖領(lǐng)先，可以說(shuō)是全國(guó)發(fā)電行業(yè)的佼佼者，而且XX在設(shè)備水平和運(yùn)行管理水平上，都是電力行業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍者。二是老，XX從開(kāi)工建設(shè)至今，已經(jīng)伴隨著新中國(guó)的成長(zhǎng)，經(jīng)歷了30年的風(fēng)雨，見(jiàn)證了新中國(guó)的輝煌發(fā)展，相對(duì)于新建設(shè)的電廠，XX可以說(shuō)是它們學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣和前輩。隨著國(guó)際油價(jià)的變化，兩臺(tái)燃煤機(jī)組已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)新的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境，于2000年停止運(yùn)行。在當(dāng)時(shí)華北局的批準(zhǔn)下，XX于2002年起開(kāi)始燃油改燃煤項(xiàng)目，將一期的兩臺(tái)燃油機(jī)組改造成燃煤機(jī)組。其中2號(hào)機(jī)組于2004年改造完成，并投入發(fā)電，2005年終1號(hào)機(jī)組也完成改造投入使用。在改造1號(hào)機(jī)組的同時(shí)，加裝了一期脫硫裝置。如今，二期工程的脫硫裝置也正在安裝中。相信不久的XX會(huì)建設(shè)的更加美好。
有了上午對(duì)XX的初步了解，我們也迫不及待的想去廠區(qū)看看了。下午，電廠的劉工介紹一下電廠的給媒系統(tǒng)。在我們看來(lái)，給媒是一件很簡(jiǎn)單的事，可對(duì)于電廠這個(gè)用煤大戶來(lái)說(shuō)，可真不是一件容易的事。先要把煤從火車(chē)上卸下，就要用到專(zhuān)門(mén)的設(shè)備——翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)，翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)的一般傾角是160度，不同的翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)的工作方式和工作能力也是不同的。卸下來(lái)的煤又要經(jīng)過(guò)皮帶才能被送到煤廠。XX的煤廠油A區(qū)和B區(qū)之分，兩煤廠的儲(chǔ)煤量都是12萬(wàn)噸，再加上兩個(gè)中間儲(chǔ)煤倉(cāng)，一共可以儲(chǔ)存15萬(wàn)噸的煤，大約可以供應(yīng)電廠20天的用煤量。煤從煤廠運(yùn)到磨煤機(jī)，又要經(jīng)過(guò)23條皮帶，40多道工序，用到的設(shè)備也是各式各樣。這么復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)，要很好的控制起來(lái)也是非常困難的。它不僅要考慮設(shè)備工作的邏輯關(guān)系，還要考慮煤塊的大小、濕度、媒質(zhì)等因素。真是不簡(jiǎn)單啊！。參觀中我們發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)奇怪的現(xiàn)象，XX的鍋爐等設(shè)備都用板材統(tǒng)一包了起來(lái)，與我們以往所見(jiàn)的電廠有所不同。在老師的講解下我們才明白了，與南方的電廠不同，北方的天氣比較冷，所以為了提高熱效率，就將鍋爐等熱的設(shè)備包在了保溫層內(nèi)。
今天是到XX發(fā)電廠的第三天，上午安排的是鍋爐部分，由運(yùn)行的劉工介紹。鍋爐大家都很熟悉了，不過(guò)劉工的介紹卻使我大有所獲。XX最大的特色就是：它是我國(guó)第一個(gè)運(yùn)用淡水發(fā)電的火電廠。鍋爐以及冷卻用水都取源于大海，極大節(jié)約了珍貴的淡水資源。不過(guò)在海水淡化的過(guò)程中也遇到了一些難題，比如海生物的過(guò)度繁衍。在輸水管道口，由于電廠特殊的排放溫度，使得海蠣子大量的繁殖，附在管道壁，有的還進(jìn)入管道，直接對(duì)設(shè)備和生產(chǎn)的安全造成了威脅。最初的做法是向海水里投放化學(xué)藥物，利用化學(xué)藥物的毒性來(lái)毒殺海蠣子。這種做法有一定的效果，但是卻給海洋里的其他生物也造成了威脅。經(jīng)過(guò)旗下海得潤(rùn)滋子公司的多年研究，終于開(kāi)發(fā)出一種新的針對(duì)性藥物，效果非常的明顯，有效保障了電廠生產(chǎn)的安全。不過(guò)，從中我們可以看出，人類(lèi)在獲取能源的過(guò)程中，也給生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來(lái)了極大的破壞，所以我們要保護(hù)好環(huán)境，盡我們最大的努力較少污染排放，開(kāi)發(fā)出新的清潔能源。

Today is the third day of the XX power plant, the morning is the boiler part, introduced by the running liu gong. The boilers are very familiar, but liu's introduction has made me big. The biggest characteristic of XX is that it is the first coal-fired power plant in China to use fresh water. Boilers and cooling water are taken from the sea, saving precious fresh water. But there are also problems with desalination, such as overbreeding of sea creatures. In the water pipe crossing, due to the discharge temperature of the power plant special, makes the oysters a large number of breeding, attached to the pipe wall, some still in piping, poses a threat to the safety of the equipment and production directly. The initial approach was to put chemical agents in seawater and use the toxicity of chemicals to poison the oysters. This has some effect, but it also poses a threat to other creatures in the ocean.
