元宵節(jié)有個習(xí)俗就是吃湯圓,寓意著讓每家團團圓圓,今晚奶奶“權(quán)力下放”,把煮湯圓的重要任務(wù)交給我來執(zhí)行。我把它看成一件十分重大的任務(wù),生怕煮破了,因此心里好像揣著一只小兔子“怦怦”直跳。我想起以前奶奶教我煮湯圓的經(jīng)驗:先將糯米粉用開水調(diào)和成皮,注意水不可以太多,多了會過稀;也不能過少,少了沒粘性。然后取一塊皮在手掌中搓成圓形,再用手指在上面按一個窩,把芝麻搗碎做餡,放在里面“包”好。放餡時一定不可以太貪心,否則會把皮的“肚子”給撐破的。終于包好后,可以下鍋了。我又按照奶奶說的煮湯圓的四個訣竅:“開水下鍋,慢水煮,點冷水,勤換水”于是便將自己辛辛苦苦做好的元宵放進水里。沒多久,可以起鍋了,掀開蓋子,只見一個個雪白的湯圓漂浮在水上,彼此緊貼著,好像一粒粒大珍珠,看得我直流口水,將它們舀到碗里,聞著那香噴噴的味道,忍不住先咬了一口,真好吃啊,又香又糯。我剛把湯圓端上桌,大家就狼吞虎咽的吃開了。大家高興地吃完了我煮的湯圓,“美食家”奶奶還給我打了一個九十五分,夸我長大了,懂事了。我興奮不已,第一次煮湯圓就得到這么高的評價,我心里美滋滋的。
品嘗著自己親手做的湯圓,覺得特別好吃,心里特別開心。盼望著明年元宵節(jié)時再做更好吃的湯圓給大家品嘗。
